2.Peter Heck
Located in the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany, Ccampus Birkenfeld is widely recognized as Germany's first—and so far only—zero-emission university campus.
Professor Heck highlights the integrated approach adopted at Birkenfeld, which combines renewable energy generation, sustainable mobility, green building design, and circular resource management. He explains how the campus achieves net-zero emissions through a combination of photovoltaic systems, biomass heating, efficient building insulation, and low-carbon transportation solutions. Special emphasis is placed on the role of cross-disciplinary collaboration, policy integration, and student engagement in making the vision of a zero-emission campus a functional reality.
The lecture further explores how the Birkenfeld model can inform and inspire broader net-zero strategies in educational institutions and urban developments worldwide. By drawing on over two decades of practical experience and research, Professor Heck demonstrates how campuses can act as living laboratories for climate innovation, providing scalable, transferable solutions to global environmental challenges.

1.Prof. Eicke R. Weber
歐洲太陽能制造委員會（ESMC）主席，主導(dǎo)中德新能源技術(shù)合作，曾任弗勞恩霍夫太陽能研究所主任。
2.Peter Heck
Peter Heck 是特里爾應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學(xué)物質(zhì)流管理專業(yè)教授。自 2002 年起，他便在該校任職，憑借深厚的專業(yè)知識與豐富經(jīng)驗，深耕于物質(zhì)流管理教學(xué)領(lǐng)域，為學(xué)生傳授專業(yè)知識、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)技能。在學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域造詣頗高，擁有薩爾大學(xué)地理專業(yè)博士學(xué)位，地理和政治科學(xué)的研究生學(xué)位。他同時擔(dān)任應(yīng)用物質(zhì)流管理研究所 CEO、GAIA TECH 咨詢公司 CEO 等職務(wù)，參與多區(qū)域項目管理與咨詢工作。此外，他還擔(dān)任日本立命館亞洲太平洋大學(xué)副教授、昆明理工大學(xué)客座教授，并曾在 FECO/SEPA、GIZ 公司擔(dān)任顧問，在國際合作、政策研究和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面積累了大量實踐成果。
3.鄭洪濤
財政部碳會計專家，研究方向涵蓋綠色金融、ESG投資與雙碳經(jīng)濟，指導(dǎo)多家央企綠色轉(zhuǎn)型。
4.宋安康
GCIC執(zhí)行總監(jiān)，推動青年參與國際氣候治理，設(shè)計國際組織實習(xí)與全球峰會參與項目。
5.王宜驕
